This 150L Automatic Autoclave is a powerhouse designed for heavy-duty sterilisation needs. It operates on a single-phase connection and is ideal for home or facility setups. An electrician must perform a professional installation to ensure proper setup, but this can be installed at home in your garage. This is a recommended model for small mushroom farms. You can run this machine 3-5 times daily, giving you over 70 fruiting blocks daily!
Effortless Operation:
- Fill the water, set the timer, and let the machine handle the rest.
- The autoclave automatically purges during sterilisation with no manual intervention.
- A long beep will signal when the sterilisation cycle is complete.
Impressive Capacity:
This autoclave can comfortably fit the following:
- 30 liquid culture jars
- 30 x 1L reagent bottles
- 14 x 3kg substrate bags
- 18 x 2kg substrate bags
- Approximately 40 x 1kg spawn bags
Fast Sterilisation:
- Full load of substrate and grains sterilised in just 40 minutes (compared to 2.5 hours in a normal steriliser).
- Liquid cultures are sterilised in just 8-10 minutes (compared to 45 minutes in a standard steriliser).
User-Friendly Design:
- After installation, the operation is simpleโpress the button twice.
- The autoclave remembers your settings even after being turned off.
Durability and Maintenance:
- Equipped with a tap for easy water drainage, simplifying the process of replacing water after several cycles.
- Using demineralised water can extend the life of the heating element and prevent mineral deposits. The water will only need to be topped up every cycle or every 2 cycles and replaced once every 5-10 cycles, depending on how dirty it gets. If you use tap water, it’s best to replace it every 2 cycles.
- Comes with wheels for easy mobility.
- Includes a double-layer stainless steel mesh basket for efficient sterilisation.

- Requires a 32-amp Australian single-phase straight plug with round pins (Does not come with the unit)- Photo towards the end of the gallery.
- If extending the cable, use a 6mm, 2-core, and earth black heavy-duty cable.
- Ensure your electrician installs a Combination Switched Socket Outlet (IP66, Single Phase, 250V, 80Hz) Does not come with the unit- Photo towards the end of the gallery.

Three Settings:
- Pressure Adjustment (P0 or P1):
- P0 retains air after sterilisation (set this for mycology use).
- P1 releases air completely.
- Temperature: Set to 121ยฐC or 123ยฐC (This corresponds to around 15 psi).

- 8-10 minutes for liquid culture and Agar media
- 40-45 minutes for grain and substrate.
