Stephen and Tania Walter of Burrum Biodynamics have been biodynamically growing rye grain in the Wimmera region of Western Victoria.
Burruum Biodynamics says -‘We focus on improving soil health by applying Bio-dynamic preparations to activate the soil microbiology, create fertility with multi-species cover crops, use minimum/correct tillage techniques and grow food without using chemicals or water soluble fertilisers.’
