How to Use the IAA Solution
Follow these steps to prepare tissue culture media using PCT’s IAA solution:

Prepare the liquid tissue culture medium using PCT’s MS, DKW, or another appropriate medium for your plant species.

Add sugar based on the media volume (typically 30 grams per litre), 1 ml/L of PPM, and either 3–4 g/L of gellan gum or 6–8 g/L of agar.

Add the desired amount of IAA solution.

Autoclave the media at 121°C and 15 psi for 20 minutes.
