Stainless steel scalpel handle #3 and Carbon Steel blades #11 – mycology

This Metal scalpel is comfy and convenient to use. Its lightweight and simple design makes it easy to cut and experiment with. This product is widely used in Mycology, Molecular Biology, and Microbiology. As this product is made of Stainless steel, it is highly durable and stable, resistant to flame until it is red hot without damage.

In mycology, this product is used to remove a piece of an inoculated Agar plate and transfer it to another dish, liquid culture or grain spawn. Moreover, it is used to hunt wild mushrooms, collect spore prints and more.

You need to Sterilize the blade, it can be sterilized using either a Bacti cenerator or a flame lamp.
