How to use cordyceps?
Cordyceps are not for gourmet cooking but are used for medicinal properties. They can be made into tinctures or added to stock, but the kit does not include instructions for making tinctures.
What are the ingredients in your substrate?
Brown rice, Potatoes, Soy, Glucose, Multivitamins, kelp, gypsum, Starch, magnesium, yeast, protein and distilled water.
50% of the ingredients are organic.
