Parafilm is commonly used in hospitals and laboratories to cover or seal vessels such as flasks, test tubes, beakers, Petri dishes, etc. It is also used to graft plants.

This film is semi-transparent and made from waxes and polyolefins. They are not toxic to handle, ideal to Make Agar Plates and Transferring Spores to Agar

1 M (100 cm) can be used to seal 15 Petri dishes
2 M (200 cm) can be used to seal 30 Petri dishes
5 M (500 cm) can be used to seal 75 Petri dishes
10 M (1000 cm) can be used to seal 150 Petri dishes
38 M (3800 cm) can be used to seal 570 Petri dishes
76 M (7600 cm) can be used to seal 1140 Petri dishes
