How to Use the GA3 Solution
Follow these steps to prepare your tissue culture media with PCT’s GA3 solution:

Prepare your liquid tissue culture media using PCT’s MS, DKW, or another suitable medium based on your plant species.

Add sugar depending on the volume (typically 30 grams per litre), 1 ml/L of PPM, and either 3–4 g/L of gellan gum or 6–8 g/L of agar.

Add the required amount of GA3 solution.

Autoclave the medium for 20 minutes at 121°C and 15 psi.

Your media is now ready for use!
