At 3.3kg each, our blocks run 50% larger than the industry standard 2.2kg, giving you more substrate, more mycelium, and more mushrooms per block. Each block is 3kg of substrate with 300g of inoculated spawn, arriving approximately 60% colonised before it leaves our facility. Just bring the right conditions and let the mycelium do the rest.
Every block is packed in Unicorn bags, the only mushroom cultivation bag in the world independently tested and verified microplastic-free. Tested by Eurofins, a third-party European lab, Unicorn PP bags passed both EN 1186 and USFDA 1520 standards for plastic migration into substrate, at sterilisation temperatures of 121ยฐC for 3.5 hours. No other PP or PE bag on the market has achieved this. When you’re growing food, that matters.

Our substrate is simple and clean: sawdust and bran with no soy allergen, nothing else. Paired with millet spawn for a fully gluten-free block.
Please note: over the next month we are transitioning our spawn supply, so some blocks may arrive with rye grain instead of millet. If gluten-free millet spawn is essential for your operation, leave a note at checkout and we’ll sort your order accordingly.
