Description
Your log dowel inoculation kit includes:
- Wax Dauber X10
- Organic Beeswax 100 gms
- 8.5 mm dowel inoculation drill bit with Stopper, Hex shank
General Information:
Make holes with the drill bit and inoculate with colonized dowels.
Once the whole log is inoculated, apply melted beeswax with a dauber. You can keep the ends of the log sealed or open. Keep the logs moist throughout the year, depending on the log type, size, specie and weather. The logs will fruit anywhere from 6 months to a year.
The Beeswax is in the form of tiny beads that can be easily melted and certified organic.
The drill bit is used explicitly for wood logs as it has a stopper and makes perfect size holes every time for our Dowel plugs to fit perfectly.
