Do not store the following in the fridge below 10°C to avoid sinencens:-

  • Almond Mushroom
  • Pink Oyster
  • Yellow Oyster
  • Woodear

All other cultures not mentioned above can be stored in your home/Commercial fridge optimally at 4°C-6°C in a zip lock bag. We recommend keeping it away from the fan; the best place is the vegetable compartment in your refrigerator. Do not freeze your culture. Even though Liquid culture can last 1-2 Years in the fridge, we recommend using it within six months.
