He’s the mycology advisor for Open Source Ecology and Permaculture Magazine North America, lead cultivation expert for the Amazon Mycorenewal Project, and a recurring guest on the Permaculture Voices Podcast, as well as a musician, artist, lecturer, community organiser, and teacher.

McCoy lives in Portland, Oregon.
