Industrial Heavy duty Ultrasonic Fogger 14kg/H, Twin Fan 20 Head Mist Maker, 15L Stainless Steel Mushroom Farm Humidifier (AU 220V)
1 Year back to base Warranty
SERIOUS HUMIDITY FOR SERIOUS GROW ROOMS
Forget the big, bulky machines. This one packs the same grunt into a body six times smaller than the original design.
This twin fan, twin outlet ultrasonic fogger runs a 20 head atomising array to push up to 14kg of ultra fine mist per hour, driving relative humidity as high as 99 percent. It is built for commercial mushroom farms, with a 201 stainless steel body, digital humidity control, a timing function, a pump drain, and a drainage valve for easy servicing. Connect it to the hose and let it run.
If you have run a smaller 10 head mist maker and wanted more grunt, this is the step up. If you are just starting out with one, it is a beast. The 20 head atomising array, paired with two waterproof fans and two fog outlets, moves a huge volume of fine mist into the room. It holds high humidity across a large fruiting space without soaking your blocks. In a working mushroom farm it lifts humidity fast and keeps it there.
The mist particle is only 1 to 10 microns, so it hangs in the air and raises relative humidity rather than wetting surfaces. Maximum relative humidity reaches 99 percent, and the intelligent control system uses an imported humidity probe to hold your target anywhere from 1 to 90 percent RH.
SET AND FORGET
Use automatic mode to let the probe manage humidity on its own, or switch to manual for full control. A built in timing function lets you schedule the unit on and off to suit your fruiting cycle.
BUILT TO LAST IN A HUMID ENVIRONMENT
The 201 stainless steel body is clean, corrosion resistant and easy to wipe down. The fans and transformers are waterproofed to prevent short circuits and extend service life. The mist module is built with a replaceable chip and parts, so maintenance is straightforward and you are not throwing away the whole unit when a part wears out.
EASY WATER MANAGEMENT
Connect it to a hose and the valve fills the tank whenever water is required. When it is time to clean or change the water, the pump drain and drainage valve empty the tank quickly. It rolls or mounts to a wall, whatever suits your layout.
DISTRIBUTE FOG RIGHT ACROSS YOUR FRUITING ROOMS
For even coverage in a larger space, keep the unit outside the growing room and pipe the fog in. Run large PVC pipe off the fog outlets, drill a hole through the wall into the fruiting room, and carry the pipe across the space. Run one or two lines evenly across the room so every area gets covered rather than fog pooling near the unit.
Place your holes strategically. Drill them towards the top or middle of the pipe, never at the bottom. Some water will always accumulate along the run, and bottom holes will drip it straight onto your blocks. You want fine humidity filling the air, not water landing directly on your mushrooms. Angling the holes slightly upward or to the side also helps spread the mist rather than firing it straight down.
Fit a closing cap on the end of each run so the mist pushes out through the holes along the length of the pipe rather than blasting out the open end. This keeps output even from the first hole to the last.
A few tips to get it right:
- Space your holes evenly and start with fewer, smaller holes than you think you need. You can always drill more, but you cannot undrill them. Watch how the fog distributes for a day or two, then adjust.
- Give the pipe a very slight fall back towards the unit or towards a drain point so accumulated water runs off rather than sitting in the line.
- Keep the holes clear of your blocks directly below. Position the pipe over walkways or gaps where possible so any stray drips do not land on fruiting surfaces.
- A note on probe placement. The humidity probe is quite large, so give it a considered spot. Keep it in an area of the grow room that does not cop mist directly from the pipe or outlets. If fog lands straight on the probe it will read falsely high and the unit will shut off early, leaving the rest of the room drier than your target. Mount it away from the mist path, ideally at fruiting height, so it reads the true room humidity and holds it accurately.
MONTHLY SYSTEM SANITISE
Keep your whole misting system clean with a monthly sanitise. Add 60ml of HOCl to the tank and let it run while your mushrooms are in the room. It sanitises the entire system, pipes and all, without harming your mushrooms. Do this once a month to keep everything fresh and free of build up.

IMPORTANT CARE TIP, EXTEND YOUR DISC LIFE
The 20 atomising discs are the wear part on any ultrasonic fogger. Hard water leaves mineral scale that builds up on the discs and shortens their life. We strongly recommend running the unit with softened or filtered water, or fitting an inline water softener on the fill supply or pure water bucket. Soft water keeps the discs clean, holds mist output high, and can dramatically extend the service life of the 20 head array. It is the single best thing you can do to protect your investment. We sell the disk replacement too, so you can preety much change the main component of machine under $40 without having to take any wiring or screws. its so easy, every 2 year just change the disk in atomiser without taking it apart.
