200L Automatic Autoclave: The product can be picked up from Marrickville, Sydney, or delivered on a pallet via tail lift to any residential or business customer. The shipping quote is shown at checkout. If you want to buy more than one unit, we may be able to offer additional discounts and a cheaper shipping option than the one quoted at checkout. If the product is on backorder, it normally takes 30 to 45 days to reach us. We place the order as soon as the customer orders the product. Once the order is placed, we are unable to cancel it, because we will already have paid for the product to be dispatched.
This 200L Automatic Autoclave is our largest single-phase steriliser, built for growing mushroom farms and high-volume lab work. It has a 600mm diameter chamber, giving around 40% more usable space than our 150L model, so you can sterilise more blocks, grain and media in every cycle. It must be installed by a licensed electrician and can be set up in a garage, shed or facility. This is our recommended model for small to medium mushroom farms ready to scale up. You can run this machine 3 to 5 times a day, giving you up to 100 fruiting blocks daily.
Effortless Operation:
Fill the water (approx. 20 litres, above the float switch and below the basket stand), set the timer and let the machine handle the rest.
The autoclave automatically purges cool air during sterilisation, with no manual intervention.
Steam is discharged automatically after sterilisation.
A long beep signals when the sterilisation cycle is complete, and the machine shuts off automatically.

Fast Sterilisation:
A full load of substrate and grain is sterilised in just 1 hour 30 minutes, compared to 2.5+ hours in a normal steriliser.
Liquid cultures are sterilised in just 20 minutes, compared to 45 minutes in a standard steriliser.
Start and Forget:
When you turn the machine on and set the timer, the countdown does not start straight away. The machine first heats up and purges the air pockets from the chamber, then starts the countdown. If the temperature or pressure drops below the set level at any point, the countdown pauses until the machine is back at the set level. This gives you a built-in safety net, so it is a true start-and-forget system.

Durability and Maintenance:
Thickened 304 stainless steel structure.
Equipped with a tap for easy water drainage, which makes replacing the water after several cycles simple.
Using demineralised water extends the life of the heating element and prevents mineral deposits. The water only needs to be topped up every cycle or every second cycle, and replaced once every 5 to 10 cycles, depending on how dirty it gets. If you use tap water, it is best to replace it every two cycles.
Comes with heavy-duty wheels for easy mobility. The unit weighs 174kg.

This is an 8kW single-phase unit. At 230V it draws about 35A, so it needs a dedicated 40A circuit. This is not the 32A setup used for our 150L model.

12-Month Limited Parts Warranty:
If a part fails due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, we will replace it at no cost. This warranty covers defective components but does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.
