Grain and all-in-one bags can be stored for up to 2 weeks, substrate bags up to 6 weeks, and casing bags up to 3 months. Always perform a visual and smell check before use, as bags stored beyond these timeframes may contaminate or lose moisture.
Inflatable tubs can occasionally develop leaks. We recommend inflating yours as soon as it arrives and leaving it for 2-3 days to check for deflation. If it has lost air, contact us and we will send a return label and a replacement tub, ideally before your grains or all-in-one bags have begun colonising, so there is no delay to your project. Please notify us of any issues within 30 days. After this period, replacement are still available for the tub, however shipping will apply or the replacement can be included free of charge with a future order.
